Post-Session Deliverables Within 48 hours, client will receive: ✔ Strategic Summary ~ Key insights from the session ~ Diagnosed challenges ~ Recommended focus areas ~ Strategic options discussed ✔ Action Snapshot ~ 3–5 prioritised next steps ~ Immediate risks or potential blockers ~ Decision points they should not delay If relevant: ~ Pathway Recommendation ~ Suggested engagement route (advisory sprint, audit, implementation) ~ Clear scope (what this would and would not include)
